We had the honour of sitting down and chatting to Pranisha Chetty, the CFO & Director of Royal Palm Property Holdings. She shared her remarkable 10 year journey working and living in the breathtaking Palm Lakes Family Estate, her views on the property market in South Africa and the importance of family in her life.
Tell us more about your involvement in Palm Lakes?
I am the CFO and director on the board of Royal Palm Property Holdings, which is the development company of Palm Lakes Family Estate. I joined Royal Palm Property Holdings 10 years ago and I have since then been privileged to watch this beautiful project blossom into an amazing development.
Over the years RPPH has grown from strength to strength and I am extremely proud to be a part of its huge success in the property industry.
You live in Palm Lakes, tell us why you love the estate?
I consider myself very fortunate to live and work on the most beautiful place on the North Coast. Palm Lakes Family Estate is like a little slice of heaven tucked away in the most beautiful surroundings. It is the perfect combination of modern tranquil living within a safe and secure environment.
My home always feels like it’s completely surrounded by nature. There are always beautiful birds chirping and impala grazing in the background. This combined with the amazing facilities the estate has to offer makes one feel like you’re on a perpetual holiday from the comfort of your own home.
What is your view on the property market in South Africa and how does Palm Lakes compare?
The residential property market in my opinion continues to demonstrate maturity and ongoing resilience. South Africa’s secure residential estates are proving to be more in demand in terms of its ability to offer a secure and ideal living environment.
This puts Palm Lakes on top of the charts. Palm Lakes poses the perfect combination of affordability and security to prospective homeowners.
